 erator program that has been causing a very positive impact to the local t
 echnology community.\n\nTom is Executive Director of RIoT\, supporting Int
 ernet of Things and disruptive technology industry growth. By day he runs 
 RIoT Labs at HQ Raleigh. In his spare time\, Tom co-instructs Product Inno
 vation Lab\, a Forbes award winning multi-disciplinary course in Innovatio
 n and Entrepreneurship at NC State. Prior to joining RIoT\, Tom held an ex
 ecutive leadership role at the ASSIST Center\, a National Science Foundati
 on sponsored effort to create wearable electronics for healthcare monitori
 ng. Previously\, he spent two decades in product development and technolog
 y incubation in NC.\n\nIEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference 
 (ISSCC) based review on Latest Technologies:\n\nClay Cranford\, a veteran 
 in semiconductor industry\, who is also a Life IEEE Senior Member will pro
 vide a review of IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference(ISSCC)
  based state of the art latest technologies of today.\n\nClay has received
  multiple awards from IBM(IBM Patent Awards\, Corporate Award and Outstand
 ing Technical Achievement Award for High Speed Serial Link Design) with ov
