 nAgenda Item #1: Ratification of minutes of the previous meeting.\n\nDiscu
 ssion: The minutes of the previous meeting were read by Prof. Nishchal K. 
 Verma\, Chairman\, CIS Chapter\, IEEE UP Section (CIS11) and with the cons
 ent of all the members present\, minutes were approved.\n\nAgenda Item #2:
  Active participation of IEEE CIS members from other academic institutes.\
 n\nDiscussion: Chairman announced a request received from Dr. Vishal Goyal
 \, Associate Professor\, Dept. of Electronics &amp; Communication Engineering\
 , GLA University\, Mathura\, U.P. Dr. Goyal requested to be a part of CIS 
 Chapter for providing his active contribution towards CIS activities. The 
 executive committee members raised their suggestion to include him in the 
 executive committee body of the chapter as “Vice Convenor of Workshop an
 d Conference activities” so that the activities of the chapter can be pr
 omoted in other institutes as well.\n\nAction item: Dr. Vishal Goyal has b
 een elected as Vice Convenor\, Workshop and Conference activities\, CIS Ch
 apter\, IEEE UP Section (CIS11).\n\nAgenda Item #3: Report of the technica
 l co-sponsored events held.\n\nDiscussion: In the Agenda Item #3 of the me
 eting held on February 12th\, 2019\, the action item was to get the report
 s of the events which were technically co-sponsored by the chapter. CIS Ch
 apter has provided technical support to the events listed below:\n\n- Conf
 erence on Artificial Intelligence: Research\, Innovations &amp; its Applicatio

 enda Item #4: Technical support for the events.\n\nDiscussion: Chairman su
 ggested to provide technical co-sponsorship to the events such as conferen
 ces\, workshops\, summer/winter schools\, faculty development programs\, e
 tc. which are going to be held in the future. These events will serve the 
 purpose of CIS promotion platform. Such events are being attended by vario
 us researchers across the country. Thus\, the membership drives and expert
  lectures can also be planned during such events to expand the awareness a
 bout CIS among researchers.\n\nAction Item: Although the technical support
