DESCRIPTION:The IEEE CIS membership drive was held at Rajkiya Engineering C
 ollege\, Sonbhadra\, Uttar Pradesh\, India from August 30th\, 2019 to Augu
 st 31st\, 2019 during International Conference on Computing Applications i
 n Electrical and Electronics Engineering (ICCAEEE 2019).\n\nThe program st
 arted with welcome address by Prof. V. K. Giri\, Director\, Rajkiya Engine
 ering College\, Sonbhadra\, Uttar Pradesh\, India. Prof. Nishchal K. Verma
 \, Chairman\, CIS Chapter\, IEEE UP Section (CIS11) & Professor\, Dept. of
  Electrical Engineering\, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur\, India ga
 ve introduction about IEEE and IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CI
 S). He encouraged and motivated students for becoming the member of IEEE C
 IS community by highlighting the membership benefits. Around 80 participan
 ts including faculties\, UG\, and PG students have attended the event. The
  expert lecture was followed by an interactive session with executive comm
 ittee members of CIS Chapter\, IEEE UP Section (CIS11) where students aske
 d their doubts and explored the possibilities of computational intelligenc
 e (CI) in their own work.\n\nFor membership drive\, a booth was also set u
 p at the venue to promote IEEE CIS membership and related activities.\n\nA
 genda: \nCIS Chapter\, IEEE UP Section (CIS11) has successfully conducted 
 IEEE CIS membership drive in India. The membership drive was organized dur
