 ds in Oklahoma. Mr Jobe has a in BS-electrical Engineering Technology and 
 a MS in Engineering Technology. He received his managment degree from Okla
 homa State Univiversity. He is the Chief Operating Officer of OKC biotech 
 company SensiQ Technologies. Currently\, he is the Chair of the EMB/EM Cha
 pter.” Mr Robert Scolli will speak about "Student Branch Orientation
 " He is currently retired from AT&T and the US Air Force. He received his 
 BSEE from the University of Oklahoma. He has 27 years of IEEE volunteer se
 rvice with IEEE. He has served in many roles but most notable Director of 
 IEEE in 2006-2007. He is currently OKC Section Membership Development Chai
