  UP Section (CIS11) and with the consent of all the members present\, minu
 tes were approved.\n\nAgenda Item #2: IEEE CIS membership drives held duri
 ng the technical co-sponsored events in India.\n\nDiscussion: As per the A
 genda Item #3\, of previous meeting\, Chairman announced about the members
 hip drives conducted in India by the Executive Committee Team of the chapt
 er. The membership drives have been successfully conducted as per the foll

 nical event report of membership drives held must be reported to IEEE.\n\n
 Agenda Item #3: Technical support for the events.\n\nDiscussion: Chairman 
 suggested to provide technical co-sponsorship to the events such as confer
 ences\, workshops\, summer/ winter schools\, faculty development programs\
 , etc.\, which are going to be held in the future. This will help to expan
 d the awareness about CIS among the research community. Chairman also sugg
 ested about the technical sponsorship\, resource persons\, and certificate
  to encourage and motivate the CIS activities among the researchers.\n\nAc
