 hold an informal meeting with Indian Chapters leaders of Photonics Society
  and Affinity Groups of Women in Photonics and Young Professionals. The ag
 enda is:\n\n(1) Brief the leaders about the Society and the resources avai
 lable to help chapters\;\n\n(2) Learn about their activities\, challenges\
 , concerns and any help they need.\n\nPhotonics Society President\, Profes
 sor Jagdish Chennupati will join the meeting.\n\nIf you are attending the 
 workshop\, we cordially invite you to attend this meeting. A complimentary
  dinner will be provided.\n\nTo help us plan the event successfully\, regi
