  Membership Committee is organizing a new member welcome event\, and will 
 be held concurrently with its Senior Member Elevation\, at Oakland Univers
 ity on December 7th\, 2019 between 10 AM and 1 pm in the Dodge Hall ([map]

 o highlight the various benefits that come with the IEEE membership.\n\nWe
  will take this opportunity to update new members on everything that the l
 ocal Section does. We also invite each of our new members to bring along a
  friend/colleagues/peer - who they feel will benefit from an IEEE membersh
