DESCRIPTION:The Women in Enginering (WIE) Student Branch Affinity Group of 
 Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT) organized Pixel Snap
  ’19 with the aim of providing recognition to potential photographers am
 ong the local undergraduates.\n\nPixel Snap ’19 is a photography competi
 tion mainly themed around Women Empowerment. The competition was open to a
 ll local undergraduates of the country under 3 categories\; Women empowerm
 ent - mobile\, Women empowerment - any and Open. The photographs of the fi
 nalists selected by an esteemed panel of judges were posted on Facebook fo
 r students to vote for the &quot;Popular Choice&quot;. The top photographs chosen by
  th judges were diplayed at an exhibition held on 27th September 2019 at S
 LIIT Main Auditorium lobby area. The winners were awarded with certificate
 s and prizes on the day of the exhibition.\n\nThe competition and exhibiti
 on were sponsored by Nikon phototechnica\, Canon metropolitan\, Magiclight
