DESCRIPTION:We are happy that IEEE Vizag Bay Sub Section is organized Third
  Professional Meet at Vishnu College of Engineering (Women)\, Bhimavaram o
 rganization on 9th Nov 2019. Mr. K.V.Sriram\, ED\, Andhra Electronics\, Ch
 air IEEE Vizag Bay Sub Section will address the meeting and followed by a 
 talk by Dr. Sameer Chakarvathi\, EC member\, IEEE Vizag Bay Sub Section.\n
 \nWith these Meets\, IEEE Vizag Bay section trying to connect with the mem
 bers and organize various events like conference\, workshops\, training pr
 ogram\, distinguished lecture program (DLPs)/volunteer meet\, ... in diffe
 rent geographical areas of the Vizag Bay Sub Section (Srikakulam to Vijaya
 wada).\n\nFollowed by An Invited Talk on “Modeling and optimization in E
 ngineering using evolutionary computing tools” by Dr. VVSS Chakravarthy\
 , Raghu Institute of Technology\, Visakhapatnam\n\nThe third IEEE Professi
 onal member meet was organized by IEEE Vizag bay sub-section at Shri Vishn
 u Engineering College for women in Bhimavaram on 9.11.2019. IEEE Vizag bay
  sub section Chair\, Sri Sriram\, Dr. VVSS Chakravarthy\, EC member of Viz
 ag Bay sub-section and\nDr. PSR Chowdary\, professional member have intera
 cted with professional members and students. There are about 30 profession
 al members from various Engineering colleges under vizag bay sub-section h
 ave attended in this event. The chair and EC member have explained about t
 he benefits of IEEE\, activities which are carried out by Vizag bay sub se
 ction\, enhancing the professional members and how to strengthen the stude
 nt branches of respective institutions etc. Later\, the professional membe
 rs have interacted with the team about the issues and challenges they are 
 facing in improving and strengthening the IEEE activities under vizag sub 
 section\, and enhancing the student and professional memberships at respec
 tive institutions. Some of the student members have also interacted with t
 he team and taken suggestions in improving IEEE activities at the student 
 branch level. Some faculty members have shown their interest in taking new
  IEEE memberships on this occasion. After the interactive session is over 
 an invited talk was given on &amp;quot\;Modeling and optimization in Engineeri
 ng using evolutionary computing tools&amp;quot\; by Dr. VVSS Chakravarthy\, to
  all students and professional members. Followed by invited talk the event
  was ended with the closing remarks given by Chair and EC members of Vizag
