 his in mind\, PSIT College of Higher Education\, Kanpur organized an Inter
 national Conference on\nthe theme “Recent Advancements in Computer Scien
 ce\, Communication and Information Technology”\non 30 th Nov - 1 st Dec 
 2019. Hon’ble President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind along with Smt.\nA
 nandiben Patel \, Governer\, Uttar Pradesh\, Dr. Dinesh Sharma \, Deputy C
 hief Minister\, Uttar Pradesh\nand Prof. Vinay Kumar Pathak\, Vice Chancel
 lor APJAKTU Lucknow inaugurated the conference.\nThe conference aimed at a
 ddressing the influence of current trends and recent developments in the\n
 various mentioned fields. It helped to study the past trends as well the p
 resent trends to identify the\neffective measures to streamline future str
 ategies for enhancing concepts of Computer Science\,\nCommunication and In
 formation Technology. The conference also provided opportunities to the\nr
 esearchers\, academicians\, industry persons and students to interact and 
 exchange ideas through paper\npresentations and panel discussions.\nThe co
 nference witnessed delegates from various countries around the world like 
 Germany\, Singapore\,\nOman\, Bangladesh\, Sri Lanka\, &amp\; Nepal. The p
 anel discussions during the conference on “Creating a High\nPerformance 
 Organization by Revisiting the Human Capital System” and “Convergence 
 of Technology: A\nWay Ahead” by esteemed panelist from top organizations
  like L&amp\;T Construction\, Ericsson\, Wipro\, Uttar\nPradesh Metro Rail
  Corporation\, Voltas Beko\, TCS\, Paytm\, Oracle\, Prisma Advertising\, V
 ectormob\, Global\nLogic &amp\; Intectoplast and institutions like Primeas
 ia University (Bangladesh)\, SRM Group of Institutions\,\nCollege of Busin
 ess\, Sultanate of Oman\, and IIT Kanpur. The discussions gave an insight 
 of the best\nbusiness practices and learning in today’s world and how bu
 siness leaders of today need to re-think and\nre-shape the workforce dynam
 ics that will balance the aspirations of gen X and millennials in the same
 \norganization. And also about the challenges and issues related to techno
 logy convergence\, importance\nof cyber security\, and challenges faced by
  various organizations due to rapid changing technologies.\n\nThe conferen
