DESCRIPTION:The program started with a silent prayer. A brief introduction 
 about the alumnae was given\nto the students. First session was held by Pr
 akash Bare. He completed BTech in Electrical\nEngineering from NSS College
  of Engineering\, Palakkad\, Kerala.\nHe has held various technology and b
 usiness positions in electronics design industry in the\nUS and India. He 
 was a co-founder of GDA Technologies Inc\, one of the pioneering Electroni
 c\nDesign Services(EDS) companies. GDA\, listed as one of the fastest-grow
 ing privately held\ncompanies in US by Inc Magazine its annual INC500 list
  in 2002\, was subsequently acquired by\nRambus Inc and L&amp;T Technology Ser
 vices in March 2007. He is currently involved with multiple\ntechnology st
 art-ups in India. He is also an Indian theater and film actor focusing\non
  Malayalam\, English and other south Indian language productions.\nThe nex
 t session was taken by Lekha Balachandran. She started her Career in 1989 
 after\nher B. Tech. in Civil engineering from Calicut University (NSS Coll
 ege of Engineering\, Palakkad).\nShe is the Managing Partner of Resitech E
 lectricals with 28 years of experience in Heavy\nEngineering. “RESITECH
 ” manufactures 11 KV distribution Transformers and HT Panels\,\nCurrent/
 Potential Transformers.\nThe alumni shared their journey from being mere s
 tudents of NSSCE to the present\nsuccessful person. Their life experiences
  and the battles they fought to reach the present prestige\nwere very infl
 uensive. Mr. Prakash Bare voiced to step out from the crowd and stamp a un
 ique\nposition in the world. While Smt. Latha Balachandran boosted women p
 opulation to come forward\nand take equal responsibilities as men. The tal
 k was very inspiring and the interactive session\nbecame more interesting
