 s\, e-mail addresses. Once they register\, registration approval will auto
 matically be sent to the e-mail address they used while registering.\n- In
  the approval e-mail\, attendees will find the event number\, event passwo
 rd\, “Join Event” button and phone numbers they can call if they would
  like to join the audio conference via phone.\n- In case anyone has any au
 dio issues with their computers\, please encourage them to join via phone 
 for the audio part and follow the presentation from the “Join Event” l
 ink.\n\nAt the beginning of the presentation\, I will display a slide with
  join via phone information so that in case anyone was audio issues\, they
  could join by phone in case they miss the instructions in the registratio
