DESCRIPTION:Industry 4.0 Internet of Things– Sensor Kit\n\nMechatronic Tr
aining System\n\nSmart Factory Automation\n\nIndustry 4.0 and Internet of
Things are influencing how we think of manufacturing in the future. Sensor
s play an important part in collecting field data and allowing an operator
to adjust processes remotely. With the sensor kit\, the objectives for th
e trainers and trainees are to: Understand and discern the functionality\,
response of various sensors\, drives\, switches\, counters and other meas
urement devices and also learn about combining and measuring these devices
as a whole or as an individual unit.\n\nBuilt on an aluminium profile pla
te\, this sensor kit trains in the basics of sensor technology\, with a fo
cus on digital sensors and analogue sensors prevalent in the current indus
try. Advanced industry applications and experiments along are presented he
re through utilization of industrial components. This trainer uses a singl
e sided workstation upon which the components can be easily mounted to bui
ld simple chains and conduct experiments.\n\nThe kits include User Manual\
, Student Workbook and Teacher Handbook.\n\nAn optional I/O box is availab
le to connect sensor kits with PLC for programming and experimentation\n\n
MTAB delivers solutions in the area of Advanced Manufacturing solution\, f
ocusing on CNC machining technology\, robotics\, manufacturing automation
and mechatronics. Our solutions include the requisite training material fo
r teachers to deliver training to the students and build skills when it co
mes to industrial technology.\n\nThe following topics will be covered\n\nS
