The applicants will be available to tell the participants in the mee ting about the work that they have been doing and to answer questions. IEE E does not require that you know the applicants personally in order to ser ve as a reference\, only that you have learned enough about their backgrou nd to say that they meet the requirements for Senior Member status. This is an excellent way to g et to know the other members in our Section.
