  words regarding the importance of teamwork and how team spirit is essenti
 al to complete a task successfully. Then\, Ms. V Priyanka\, Faculty Adviso
 r of IEEE VNR Signal Processing SB Chapter gave an introduction about the 
 Guest Speaker.\n\nMs. Padma Juluri (Speaker) started to talk about her wor
 k experiences\, how to overcome challenges\, and shared with us the situat
 ions faced by her and how she managed to tackle them. The audience were ke
 enly listening to her and were amazed to know her three decades of work ex
 perience in the Education and Training Sector. She also spoke about teamwo
 rk and emphasized how it is helpful to solve difficult problems and to com
 e up with creative ideas. She has explained about these skills in detail b
 y showing us a presentation which was very helpful for us to understand it
  better.\n\nLater\, Ms. Hrudaya\, Chair\, IEEE Vardhaman WIE AG announced 
 the winners for the Essay Writing Competition that was conducted by IEEE W
 IE Hyderabad Section in collaboration with IEEE VNR WIE AG and IEEE Vardha
 man WIE AG on the occasion of International WIE Day followed by Dr. Y Padm
 a Sai\, Chair\, IEEE WIE AG\, Hyderabad Section addressing the audience an
 d thanking the speaker for spending time to give an enlightening session a
