DESCRIPTION:IEEE Young Professionals Bangladesh co-hosted the Young Profess
 ional Track at the IEEE TENSYMP 2020 conference with the IEEE Bangladesh S
 ection. The Young Professionals(YP) Track was held on the second day of th
 e conference on Saturday\, June 6th 2020. There were 45 participants from 
 across the globe.\n\nDr. Tarao Suzuki\, the Chair of IEEE Region 10 Young 
 Professionals Committee gave the first invited talk in the session on “V
 alue and Benefits of IEEE Region 10 YP Program”. He also spoke about the
  meetup programs of YP\, their value\, and different YP resources availabl
 e to the members.\n\nThe second invited talk of the session was given by D
 r. Nirmal-Kumar C. Nair\, Chair\, IEEE Region 10 Professional Activities C
 ommittee. Dr. Nair talked on “Students to Young Professionals – Effect
 ively adapting to the transition: Volunteer’s Journey through IEEE: My P
 rofessional ‘Home”. He masterfully delivered his talk on his journey t
 o transition to an IEEE volunteer leader and he emphasized the power of li
 stening.\n\nAfterwards\, IEEE Bangladesh Section Chair Dr. Celia Shahnaz l
 ed an interactive discussion. Dr. Syed Muzahir Abbas (ANZ YP Coordinator\,
  R10)\, John Benedict Boggala (SA R10 YP Coordinator)\, Jeet Dagha (IEEE B
 ombay YP Coordinator)\, and Dr. Sheikh Anowarul Fattah (Advisor\, YP Bangl
 adesh) shared the best practices in YP and how they envision new activitie
 s amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. Dr. Syed Muzahir Abbas explained how he se
 rved in different conferences and how the sections in Australia and New Ze
 aland helped to mentor the new volunteers. Dr. Abbas also mentioned his in
 itiative for an internship to promote the industry-academia relationship. 
 John Boggala talked about his volunteering experience in YP and how it ben
 efited his career. Jeet Daga explained his plan to connect the YP chairs o
 f all 12 sections of India in a virtual meet. Dr. Celia Shahnaz highlighte
 d the importance of research and technical activities. Dr. Sheikh Anowarul
  Fattah talked about the challenges of the early career.\n\nFinally\, Dr. 
 Sajid Muhaimin Choudhury (Chair\, YP Bangladesh) shared activities and upc
