DESCRIPTION:The FDP began with the Inaugural Session on 6th July\, 2020. Pr
 of. M. N. Hoda\, Director\, Bharati Vidyapeeth&#39;s Institute of Computer App
 lications and Management (BVICAM)\, New Delhi\, welcomed all the guests &amp; 
 attendees\, and discussed the background note on conducting this FDP on In
 dustry 4.0. He addressed the changing ecosystem of Industry 4.0 which is p
 re-dominantly driven by ICT and ICT enabled technologies. It focuses on tr
 ansformation of manufacturing and related industries in a connected enviro
 nment of people\, processes\, services and IoT-enabled systems that radica
 lly change the way industry responds to the needs of society. He also disc
 ussed the need to make the entire teaching-learning process flexible enoug
 h to meet the expectations of students in the digital era. Prof. Prerna Ga
 ur\, Chairperson\, IEEE Delhi Section\, was the Guest of Honour and highli
 ghted the activities of the IEEE Delhi Section. She also talked about vari
 ous student chapters introduced under IEEE DS to promote the relationship 
 between Academia and Industry. Chief Guest of the inaugural session\, Prof
 . Amita Dev\, Vice Chancellor\, IGDTUW\, Delhi addressed the session on 
 “Changing Instructional Paradigm in the Ecosystem of Industry 4.0”. Sh
 e discussed how paradigm shift has taken place in the Education system wit
 h major transformations in teaching-learning processes and the emergence o
 f online education. She also briefed the changing instructional paradigm i
 n Industry 4.0 that promotes increased automation of processes\, self-moni
 toring\, real-time data analytics and digitization of manufacturing. The s
 ession was also addressed by Prof. A. K. Saini\, Vice President-cum-Presid
 ent-Elect\, CSI and Prof. J. W. Bakal\, President\, IETE\, New Delhi. The 
 session was also attended by Mr. R. K. Vyas\, President\, CSI.\n\nThere we
 re 10 interesting and knowledge imparting Webinar sessions covered during 
 one week of FDP. Introduction to Data Science and Analytics by Ms. Ekta\, 
 Basics of Machine Learning using Python\, Text &amp; Image Analytics using Mac
 hine Learning\, Object Detection using Machine Learning\, Deep Learning wi
 th Python\, all four sessions by Mr. Ravikant Tyagi\, followed by Understa
 nding IPR and Patent Filling by Mr. Awab Habib Fakih\, Blockchain and Indu
 stry 4.0 by Dr. Mayank Agrawal\, Emerging Technologies for Business in Ind
 ustry 4.0 by Mr. Rishabh Anand\, MOODLE Open Source LMS and Mind Maps by M
 rs. Tanya Pathak Garg &amp; Mr. Uttam Singh Bist and Role of Academia in Indus
 try 4.0 by Dr. Mani Madhukar. An invited session on the last day of the FD
 P on “Smart Technical writing through Mendeley” was taken by Dr. Ritik
 a Wason\, Associate Professor\, BVICAM.\n\nThe FDP was aimed to provide al
 l participants with a better understanding of emerging technologies for ed
 ucation and areas of research in Industry 4.0. During the FDP\, the partic
 ipants were given Assignments based on the sessions and they also underwen
 t a quiz based on MCQs. On the basis of their performance in these assignm
 ents and MCQs they were ranked at A+\, A and B categories. The FDP observe
 d active participation from various research scholars and faculties from d
 ifferent states of the nation and Saudi Arabia\, including participants fr
 om Graphics Era Hill University\, Dehradun\, Mody University of Science &amp; 
 Technology\, Laxmangarh\, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University\, Meerut\, 
 Sri Sarda College for Women\, Salem\, University of Delhi\, IGDTUW\, Delhi
 \, Jamia Millia Islamia University\, Delhi\, Christ University\, Bangalore
 \, Central University of Odisha\, Koraput\, North Orissa University\, Bari
 pada\, Gujrat University\, Ahmedabad\, to name a few.\n\nLast day of the F
 DP witnessed Valedictory Session. Prof. M. N. Hoda welcomed all the guests
  and thanked all the speakers &amp; participants to make this FDP a successful
  program with positive outcomes. Chief Guest of the event\, Dr. Udhav V. B
 hosle\, Vice Chancellor\, Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University\, Na
 nded (Maharashtra)\, congratulated the entire organizing team of FDP for c
 onducting different sessions on emerging areas of education and research o
 n virtual platform. The session was presided over by Prof. K. K. Aggarwal\
 , Noted Academician\, Chairman\, NBA\, New Delhi and Former Founder Vice C
 hancellor\, GGSIP University\, New Delhi. He acknowledged the need to form
 at the Education System in order to cope up with the challenges posed by C
 OVID-19 pandemic and the emerging need to introduce latest technologies in
  the education system to meet the demands of Industry 4.0. The session was
  also addressed by Prof. Subramanian Krishnamurthy\, Immediate Past Chairp
 erson\, IEEE Delhi Section.\n\nAt the end\, few participants shared their 
 experiences on attending FDP and gave their valuable feedback. The entire 
 FDP was coordinated by Dr. Vishal Jain\, Associate Professor\, Mr. Manish 
 Kumar\, Assistant Professor\, Mr. Uttam Singh\, Assistant Professor\, BVIC
