The event is inaugurated by Dr. G. Kanaka Durga\, IEEE WIE Student Branch Advisor and Principal\, MVS R Engineering College and Mr. J. Prasanna Kumar\, HOD & Professor\, CSED\, MVSR Engineering College. The event is accompanied by Dr. D Hari Krishna\ , IEEE MVSR Student Branch Counsellor\, Mrs. B. Saritha\, IEEE MVSR CS Stu dent Branch Advisor\, IEEE MVSR Executive committee members and student pa rticipants.\n\nLater E. Sai Charan\, IEEE MVSR CS Chairperson has given a brief introduction to the IEEE MVSR CS Programming League. He has also dis cussed the format of the competition and detailed about the contest. It co nsists of two rounds. Round-1 consists of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) in C programming language. Round-2 consists of problem-solving questions to test the participant’s programming abilities and problem-solving skil ls.\n\nIEEE CS Programming League Round-1 has commenced on 25th July\, 202 0 at 11.30 AM. It consisted of 15 MCQs in C programming language and 255 s tudents participated in Round-1.IEEE CS Programming League Round-2 has com menced on 26th July 2020 at 4.00 PM. It’s a 3-hour coding competition co nsisting of six programming questions. The competition is hosted on the Ha ckerRank coding platform.\n\nIEEE CS Programming League Round-2 has receiv ed 314 signups from the 29 different Colleges across the different states which includes Telangana\, Andhra Pradesh\, Karnataka\, Madhya Pradesh and Kerala.
