 h June\, 2020. With the blessings of MATES Founder Chairman\, Dr. Nand Kis
 hore Garg\, the inaugural event was organized by Director\, MAIT- Prof Nee
 lam Sharma\, Dean\, MAIT- Prof. Satvir Deswal\, IAS MAIT Counselor-Dr. Nee
 lu Nagpal\, IAS MAIT Faculty Coordinator- Ravi Sharma\, and IEEE IAS MAIT 
 Student Chairperson- Mr. Sparsh Jindal along with his student members. Chi
 ef Guest IEEE IAS President- Prof. Wei Jen Lee along with Eminent Speakers
  CEA Chair\, IIT Delhi-Prof. Bhim Singh\, IEEE IAS Award Chair- Prof Aksha
 y K Rathore\, IAS CMD Director-Dr. Peter Magyar\, IAS CMD Chair-Ms. Lesley
  Arakkal\, Chapter Chair IEEE Delhi Section-Prof. Prerna Gaur\, Chapter Vi
 ce-Chair IEEE Delhi Section-Prof. Rachna Garg graced this occasion with th
 eir presence. Eminent and renowned speakers seized the webinar with their 
 encouraging and informative words.\n\nThe First day of the event marked th
 e presence of encouraging speakers. The session began with welcoming of sp
 eakers and guests by Mr. Sparsh Jindal and having an ice-breaking session 
 followed by motivational words of Prof. Neelam Sharma\, followed by the wo
 rds of Prof Wei Jen Lee\, where he provided in-depth knowledge of IAS and 
 its background. Prof. Bhim Singh inspired the students to actively partici
 pate in IAS for their better development. Prof Akshay shared success stori
 es of his students which were truly inspirational for all and also enlight
 ened the audience on the success of YP&#39;s in Power Electronics and Opportun
 ities. The session ended with the words of Prof Rachna Garg on IEEE. Dr. N
 eelu Nagpal extended her vote of thanks to everyone and assured the best p
 erformance of student members of IEEE IAS MAIT branch.\n\nThe Second day o
 f the event witnessed prestigious speakers namely\, Prof. SS Deswal. Dr. P
 eter\, Ms. Lesley Arakkal and Prof. Prerna Gaur. Prof. Deswal commenced th
 e webinar with his encouraging words and the assurance of constant support
  to the students. The webinar was followed by Dr. Peter who provided insig
 hts about the technical discussions and the activities of IAS. Ms. Lesley 
 shared her IAS journey and emphasized on the involvement of women in IEEE 
 IAS which touched every corner of the day&#39;s webinar. Prof. Prerna Gaur enl
 ightened everyone with deep knowledge of IAS membership\, and the importan
 ce of networking in the life of students. Dr. Monika Gupta as IEEE SB Ment
 or briefed a presentation on victory of IEEE MAIT. The viewers actively pa
 rticipated by putting in their questions which were warmly welcomed and an
 swered by our speakers.\n\nSparsh Jindal (Student Chair) added his warm th
 anks to everyone to attend the meeting and making the day memorable. He fu
 rther extended his gratitude to team members: Sourav Jha (Vice Chair)\, Da
 ksh Dudeja (General Secretary)\, Anmol Gupta\, (Treasurer)\, Kushagra Bans
