  Summer Luncheon. This is to replace the annual summer barbecue that norma
 lly happens at this time. This luncheon will be free but\, in order to red
 uce no-shows\, we will charge $10 per family which will be refunded at the
  luncheon. It will be at Kathir Food Experience 9318 34 Avenue NW\, Edmont
 on which does South Asian food (mild to spicy) as well as some western cui
 sine. See their menu at www.kathirfoodexperienceinc.com. In order to ensur
 e safety\, it will be an on-table buffet where you order from a list and t
 he food is brought to your table. Registration ends Wednesday\, August 19 
 at noon and is limited to 50 registrations/100 people. When registering\, 
 please indicate your seating time preference (11:00 or 12:30) and the numb
 er of adults and children in your party. First registered - first choice. 
 We will contact you before Sunday with your seating time and will attempt 
 to accommodate everyone while still respecting social distancing. Thank yo
