DESCRIPTION:IEEE Young Professionals Bangladesh is back with its flagship e
 vent Student Transition and Elevation Partnership (STEP) - for the very fi
 rst time\, on a virtual platform! The event is scheduled to take place on 
 September 5\, 2020.\n\nIEEE STEP was developed to provide a dynamic progra
 m for facilitating the transition from Student member to young professiona
 l by introducing the opportunities and benefits of IEEE membership during 
 the onset of a STEM career.\n\nSince 2017\, IEEE Young Professionals Bangl
 adesh has hosted STEP events with support from Global IEEE Young Professio
 nals and IEEE Bangladesh Section. This year the IEEE STEP 2020 is being or
 ganized jointly by IEEE Bangladesh Section and IEEE Young Professionals Ba
 ngladesh\, in collaboration with IEEE BUET Student Branch\, IEEE NSU Stude
 nt Branch and IEEE AIUB Student Branch.\n\nThe event is planned to be host
 ed virtually and with the theme: “Transition to a Sustainable Future”.
  The goal of the event is to prepare the students for the professional fie
