DESCRIPTION:The Webinar was held on 14th August\, 2020 in the benign presen
 ce of Prof. Subrata Mukhopadhyay\, Chairperson\, CNA Group and Former Chai
 rperson\, IEEE Delhi Section\, Dr. Ajay Thakare\, Chairman\, Technical Pro
 gram and Publicity Committee\, IETE and Prof. A. K. Saini\, Vice President
 -cum-President Elect\, CSI. The webinar began with the welcome address by 
 Prof. Subrata Mukhopadhyay welcoming all the guests and participants\, fol
 lowed by the welcome address of Prof. A. K. Saini outlining the multidimen
 sional perspective of Citations and References. Prof. M. N. Hoda\, Directo
 r\, Bharati Vidyapeeth&#39;s Institute of Computer Applications and Management
  (BVICAM)\, New Delhi also addressed the session and discussed the backgro
 und note of conducting such Webinars through virtual platforms. He emphasi
 zed that these webinars act as networking tools to connect people from acr
 oss the world and help them to adapt to a New Normal life\, a new ecosyste
 m caused by COVID-19. He also discussed the five phases of COVID-19 i.e. D
 enial\, Anger\, Bargain\, Depression and Acceptance and motivated the part
 icipants to directly move to Acceptance phase from Bargain phase without g
 oing into Depression phase\, which is also one of the objectives of these 
 weekly webinar series. He also motivated participants to keep learning con
 tinuously regardless of all disruptions.\n\nDr. Ritika Wason\, Associate P
 rofessor\, BVICAM\, New Delhi\, was the lead speaker. She introduced that 
 the citing sources is fundamental to academic writing and using reference 
 management software is particularly helpful for writing projects or for re
 searchers who assemble large number of references. She discussed and showc
 ased with live examples that Mendeley citation management is an effective 
 tool to manage the references\, organize the research\, quickly create cit
 ations and bibliographies\, etc. The various important concepts like vario
 us citation management tools\, EndNote\, RefWorks and Zotero\, their simil
 arities and differences were discussed during the webinar. She also discus
 sed and explained to the participants how to set-up individual Mendeley ac
 count\, importing documents into that library\, inserting bibliographies a
 nd collaborations\, etc.\n\nThe session concluded with Question &amp; Answer r
 ound where participants willingly asked their queries\, followed by a conc
 luding remarks by Prof. Ajay P. Thakare\, Chairman\, TPPC\, IETE\, New Del
 hi. Prof. M. N. Hoda gave his heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Ritika Wason f
 or her valuable and detailed session. He also thanked all the participants
