DESCRIPTION:A workshop designed for ECR women aimed at strengthening the sc
 ientific writing and critical thinking skills of Australia’s next genera
 tion of scientists and academics in STEM. This workshop will provide an op
 portunity for ECRs to build on their scientific writing skills and gain in
 spiration from mentors and like-minded researchers\, forming a valuable co
 mponent of their academic career development. We have an excellent faculty
  of mentors including Professor Lan Fu (ANU)\, Professor Igor Aharonovich 
 (UTS)\, Professor Lianzhou Wang (UQ)\, Professor Barbara Fazekas de St Gro
 th (USYD)\, Professor Jie Lu (UTS)\, Professor Maria Kavallaris AM (UNSW)\
 , Dr Arnold Ju (USYD) and more! We are planning for an ONSITE workshop\, w
 ith an ONLINE meeting format as backup. The application is open and will b
