 h Section will observe the day through full virtual events focusing on “
 Dreams\, Dialogs\, and Directions for a Better Tomorrow”.\n\nThe new mod
 e of these events will be “Interactive Dialogs”\, no conventional cont
 inuous talks. We will be listening to the voices from all levels of IEEE m
 embers.\n\nIEEE Day Observations: Dreams\, Dialogs\, and Directions for a 
 Better Tomorrow\n\nOctober: 6--10 [5 days\, Everyday 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM GM
