DESCRIPTION:“Welcome to IEEE” is the first event organized by the IEEE 
 student branch\, the University of Jaffna in the year 2020. It was held on
  the 21st of January 2020 from 1.30 pm onwards successfully with the parti
 cipation of around 140 participants at the Department of Computer Science
