DESCRIPTION:In this presentation\, a dedicated experimental setup is presen
ted for the acquisition of single ionization events generated in power\n\n
devices by ionizing radiation. This spectrometer chain is designed to be u
sed for long-term experiments\, where\n\ndevices are submitted to the natu
ral terrestrial cosmic radiation (TCR)\, for TCR characterizations\, as we
ll as in\n\nconjunction with radioactive sources. Every single ionization
event that generates in the device charge pulses\n\nranging from 1 fC up t
o 2 pC is recorded together with its time stamp and waveform. Original noi
se filtering and\n\npile-up rejection strategies are implemented. The dedi
cated hardware and software are described in very detail\n\nin conjunction
with the main operating procedures.\n\nSpeaker(s): Marco Pocaterra\, \n\n
