members\, their high school age students and guests are invited to attend
. In the past\, we’ve encouraged members to bring high school stude

this is an excellent opportunity to see some exciting projects and meet wi
th future engineers/military leaders. Registration is required for everyon
e\, including IEEE members\, and their students and guests in order for us
to obtain the list of names for access. Members can register their studen

provide your/their First and Last Name\, your IEEE member number and your
/their address. Again\, we will need the names of volunteers/attendees by
May 2nd so we can finalize access lists\, etc. WHERE: The event will be at
Fairchild Hall on the Academy grounds. Fairchild Hall is in the Cadet Are

ow approximately 20 minutes to process from the outer main base gates thro
ugh security prior to reaching Fairchild Hall! We will be met at 4:15 to 4
:30 pm in the parking area to the East of Fairchild. Please be on time! RE
QUEST FOR VOLUNTEER: I am looking for a volunteer who will be able to part
icipate and organize things the day of the event—I will be returnin
g from a conference in D.C. that day and will likely not be back in time\,
unfortunately. I will still be able to coordinate and answer questions pr
ior to the event and assist up until the event itself. Thanks Debora A. El
