He is widely published on subjects related to wirel ess communication and formulated the Law of Spectrum Capacity\, which he r eadily admits is not a law at all but that is supported by over 120 years of experience.\n\nHe is a member of the FCC Technology Advisory Council. H e has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Illinois Institute of T echnology and is a life member of its Board of Trustees.
