 advice. There will be no formal presentation\, just consultants talking ab

 enda: \nSession Leaders:\n\n- Michael R. Behnke\, P.E.\nMike Behnke spent 
 17 years in the electric power industry with an electric utility and an eq
 uipment manufacturer before deciding to form an engineering consulting fir
 m with two partners in 2003. After building that firm to 35 employees\, he
  and his partners sold the company to a global energy sector consulting en
 tity in 2010. Since 2013\, he has provided engineering consulting services
  to the renewable energy industry (primarily utility-scale wind and solar)
  as co-owner of a two-man consulting firm based in the San Francisco Bay A
 rea.\n\n- William R. Kassebaum\n(Will) has over 30 years working in the pr
 ivate and government sectors\, Will has extensive systems &amp; computer (HW/S
 W) engineering\, executive management\, program management\, and entrepren
 eurial experience.\n\nWill is an experienced technologist and computer har
 dware/software engineer - system architect\, project/program manager\, and
  broad technology specialist. Will has been the founding CEO of several In
 dianapolis based technology companies. His pioneering work at the Naval Ai
 r Warfare Center earned him and his team the prestigious National Performa
 nce Review &quot;Heroes Of Government Reinvention&quot; award presented by the Secre
 tary of Defense\, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff\, and the Vice
  President of the United States.\n\nWhile working with private companies s
 uch as Escient\, he has led teams that developed award-winning products. M
 r. Kassebaum holds a Master&#39;s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue
  University and has been a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of 
 Indiana.\n\nHe is a past Chair and Director of the Central Indiana Section
  of the IEEE. And recently served on the IEEE-USA Board of Directors as Vi
 ce President Career &amp; Member Services 2014-15\, and as a corresponding mem
 ber of the Entrepreneurship &amp; Innovation Policy Committee of the IEEE-USA\
 , a Founder and Co-Chair of the Central Indiana Engineering Consultants’
  Network\, and is a Past Chair and member of the Alliance of IEEE Consulta
 nts’ Networks (AICN)\, a committee of the IEEE-USA.\n\n- Christopher Wil
 son\nChristopher Wilson has been a consultant for 10 years specializing in
  Automated and Connected Vehicle technology and crowdsourcing of vehicle d
 ata to build high quality databases. He provides Technical Services to est
 ablished vehicle manufacturers and startups\, as well as Expert Witness se
 rvices on Intellectual Property and Accident Reconstruction matters.\n\nHe
  has been an IEEE member since becoming a consultant and is currently Chai
 r of the IEEE Consultants&#39; Network of Silicon Valley and the IEEE Alliance
