 th the Austria Chapter and have a joint Ph.D. student meeting this year at
  the EMV-Fachtagung. Once the date is fixed let us know and tell us who is
  responsible for organizing! All other Chapters are invited to join as wel
 l.\n\n3. David Pommerenke proposes to have joint Ph.D. student seminars on
  EMC (e.g. once every 4-6 weeks) to encourage open exchange of ideas and n
 ext-gen networking.\n\n4. We did not follow up on the idea to have a meeti
 ng of the active chapter members (i.e. people helping out in one role or a
