DESCRIPTION:The Women in Engineering affinity group\, a subgroup of IEEE\, 
 will be hosting a career month throughout the month of March\, targeted at
  all TU/e students and employees.\n\nDuring the career month multiple spea
 kers will present on topics such as tenure-track policies\, scholarship/fe
 llowship opportunities\, the Irène Curie fellowship\, careers in NGO’s\
 , among many others.\n\nFurthermore\, there will be a panel session on how
  to negotiate compensation\, with a panel consisting of experienced member
 s from HR\, academia and industry.\n\nThese topics do not just concern wom
 en\, so the event will be open to all public (all genders\, students\, emp
 loyees\, etc..). This event will take place online.\n\nDue to your academi
 c background\, I would like to bring to your attention that we have multip
 le sessions focusing on academia\, such as the ones given by Peter van den
  Besselaar and Monique van der Veen. We will also welcome our Rector Magni
 ficus Frank Baaijens to provide an update on the developments of the Irèn
