Padma Sai\, Chair WIE AG \,IEEE Hyderabad Section\n- Prof. Harivardhagini Subhadra\, V ice-Chair WIE\n- Ms. Sangeeta Singh\, Secretary\, WIE\n- Ms. Aruna Bharati \, Treasurer\, WIE\n- Ms. Renuka Devi\, Member WIE\n- Ms. Dilshad Shaik\, Member WIE\n- Dr.V.Anantha Lakshmi\, Member\, Anantapur\, WIE\n- Dr. R Swa thi\, Member\, WIE\n\nThe following points were discussed\n\n- The chair b riefed the points which were discussed in the IEEE Hyderabad Section meeti ng held earlier this week on 21stFeb 2021.\n- It was emphasized to obtain the bills in the name of the Section or in the name of college IEEE Branch or in the name of the affinity group. No bills will be in the individual names. Also\, no handwritten bills will be accepted.\n- The events to be c onducted must be approved by the treasurer for sanctioning the budget.\n- It is planned to conduct the events in the online mode till the month of J une 2021.
