 onato Kava is an associate staff member in the MIT Lincoln Laboratory Secu
 re Resilient Systems and Technology Group. He received his BS degree in el
 ectrical engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2017 and h
 is MS degree in computer engineering from Boston University in 2018.\n\nEr
 ic Brown:\n\nChair of the IEEE Rochester Section\, and entrepreneur. He ho
 lds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rochester. He
  is currently the Chief Biomedical Engineering Officer of Sanatela Medical
  which licenses\, commercializes\, and manufactures biotechnologies.\n\nEr
 ic Cramer:\n\nOriginally from Queens\, New York\, I completed my Ph.D. in 
 Physics at Florida Institute of Technology in 2015. My dissertation work i
 nvolved the simulation and modeling of energetic particles inside thunders
 torms. After a two year postdoctoral assignment at the University of Alaba
 ma in Huntsville and NASA Marshall Space Flight Center\, I returned to Mel
 bourne\, FL to start a career in industry as a systems engineer at Northro
 p Grumman. I am an active volunteer for IEEE Melbourne section serving as 
 the student and educational activities chair and the Young Professional ch
 apter chair. I am also a recent graduate of the IEEE Volunteer Leadership
