 m Harbin Institute of Technology and China Electric Power Research Institu
 te in 1984\, 1987 and 1990\, respectively. His research interests include 
 Energy Management System (EMS) and Distribution Management System (DMS)\, 
 electricity market\, smart grid\, autonomic power system\, active distribu
 tion network and application of big data in power system. He is a fellow o
