DESCRIPTION:The 4th International Conference on Intelligent Technologies an
 d Applications (INTAP&#39;21) will be held on October 11–13\, 2021 at the Un

  by the University of Agder (UiA) and by Oslo Metropolitan University (Osl

 gence Research Group\, Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB)\, Pakistan. 
 INTAP&#39;21 will be technically sponsored by Springer and endorsed by the Ins
 titute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Norway Section. INTA
 P&#39;21 will address recent advancements in the field of machine learning and
  artificial intelligence that has resulted in a number of emerging fields 
 of research such as Robotics\, Ambient Intelligence\, Pervasive Intelligen
 ce\, Web Intelligence\, Bio-Inspired Intelligence\, and many more. Emergen
 ce of new fields of intelligent computing has opened novel horizons of res
 earch and development. These advancements in the field of intelligent comp
