DESCRIPTION:The fourth IEEE WIE AG Hyderabad section Committee met on 17-02
 -2021 at 11.00 am through online. Ms.Sangeeta\, Secretary welcomed all the
  members. Prof. Y. Padma Sai\, Chairperson of the WIE presided over the me
 eting.\n\nThe following members were present\n\n- Prof. Y. Padma Sai\, Cha
 ir WIE AG\, IEEE Hyderabad Section\n- Prof. Harivardhagini Subhadra\, Vice
 -Chair WIE\n- Ms. Sangeeta Singh\, Secretary\, WIE\n- Dr. Aruna Bharati\, 
 Treasurer\, WIE\n- Dr.Renuka Devi\, Member WIE\n- Ms. Dilshad Shaik\, Memb
 er WIE\n- Dr.V.Anantha Lakshmi\, Member\, Anantapur\, WIE\n- 8. Ms.Sailaja
  Vadlamudi\,Member WIE\n-  Dr. Usha Rani\,Member WIE\n\nThe following poin
 ts were discussed\n\n- Dr. Y Padma Sai\, Chair WIE welcomed the newly join
 ed member from Industry Ms. Sailaja Vadlamudi to the team of IEEE Hyderaba
 d Section WIE AG.\n- Dr. Harivardhagini and Ms. Sangeeta Singh were asked 
 to take care of events with the support of all the members for the next tw
 o months as Dr. Y Padma Sai\, Chair WIE is visiting the USA on personal wo
 rk.\n- It is informed to all the members to check the slate 2021 page and

 n- It was informed that the Student Congress will be held at the end of Au
 gust 2021. Ms. Sangeeta was asked to update the list of student volunteers
 .\n- It was discussed to publicize events properly so as to have a large n
 umber of participants and the benefits of the events could reach out to ma
 ny. In this context\, it was decided to publicize the event posters in soc
 ial media with the help of Ms.Ramya &amp; Mr.Vamshi Krishna\, in-charge at the
  section level.\n- Discussed about Returning Mother’s Congress 2021 is a
  collaborative event of 13 Sections at Region 10 level\, coordinated by Dr
 . Ramalatha at R10 Level. It was decided to nominate two students at India
  council level.\n\n- Ms. Sailaja Vadlamudi proposed and confirmed planning
  of 2 to 3 day Workshop/FDP for faculty and professionals on CYBER SECURIT
 Y and other related advanced topics. Dr.Harivardhagini &amp; Ms. Sangeeta will
  coordinate with Ms.Sailaja to finalize the details of this event.\n- Fina
 lly\, Ms. Sangeeta proposed the vote of thanks to all the members.\n\nThe
