more fields of Computing and Electrical Engineering and be scheduled for c
ompletion by the end of July 2021. Prizes of $500\, $400\, $300 depending
on ranking as well as formal recognition (certificate) by the Section will
be given to selected projects (one prize per project). Winning projects w

material to Prof. Maiga Chang at prof.maiga.chang@ieee.org no later than J

 ics\, telecommunications\, power\, etc.)\; a description of the engineerin
g problem the project is intended to solve\; a description of and reasonin
g behind the chosen methodology\; if hardware was created\, highlight its
fundamental working elements and a describe its functionality\; a descript
ion of how the proposed project advances the current state-of-the-art\; a
description of the main findings of the project and how future research co
uld improve upon the project’s current contribution(s).\n\nAll submissio
n materials must be prepared in pdf format only.\n\nWith this initiative\,
the Section expects to increase student awareness of IEEE and its activit
ies\, as well as to provide an avenue to reduce the financial burden stude
