At Silicon Labs\, Karuna oversees IT services for our worldwid e business operations\, including strategic planning\, infrastructure serv ices\, business application platforms\, cyber security and data privacy\, and IT service delivery. Karuna has more than 20 years of progressive tech nical leadership experience in a variety of distributed environments. Prio r to joining Silicon Labs\, Karuna served as CIO of Corporate Functions at AIG. Previously\, she was the executive director of technology delivery a t TIAA and in other prior roles\, she provided technology management and s trategy consulting services at Deloitte Consulting and was a product manag er at Alliance Data.\n\nKaruna holds an MBA from the University of Michiga n\, an MS in Computer Science from West Virginia University\, and a bachel or’s degree in Engineering from Osmania University.
