DESCRIPTION:In July 29th\, at 7 pm\, the IEEE PES executive committee\, und
 er the chairmanship of Pedro Eisenkraemer\, organized a virtual meeting\, 
 to discuss about:\n\n1- Vtools\n\nThe chair presented the IEEE Vtools plat
 form and defined the necessary actions to update all the events\, meetings
  and reports in the Vtools platform. It was defined that is necessary to u
 pdate all the events done in 2020.\n\n2- Future events\n\nWe discussed the
  realization of future events. The list presented below illustrates\, in g
 reen\, the events we have already organized\, and\, in red\, the events we
  haven’t organized yet. The idea is to keep organizing the green events\
 , and start to organize the red ones. For that\, we discussed how to compl
 ete this goal. Some ideas are: Make a campaign for blood donation\, organi
 ze a virtual technical visit\, in an electrical substation or in a hydroel
 ectric plant\, watch a soccer game\, or a movie together\, with the object
 ive to do some group recreation activity.\n\n- Technical activities.\n\n- 
 Tours and technical visits.\n- Membership growth.\n- Retention activities\
 , meetings\, happy hours.\n- Membership elevation.\n- Membership recogniti
 on activities.\n\n- IEEE STEP (Student transition and elevation partnershi
 p).\n\n- PES women in power activities.\n\n- PES humanitarian activities.\
 n\n- PES pre-university activities. Call for high-school students. Introdu
 ce renewable energy. Drawings for kids (RES for kids).\n\n- PES day.\n\n- 
 Pes news articles.\n\n- Interaction with other IEEE chapter units.\n- Conf
 erence activities.\n\n3- Chapter’s elections:\n\nIn the meeting\, we dis
 cussed the election of a new directory. Some members volunteered to be the
  new chair\, vice chair\, secretary and treasurer\, but we haven’t defin
 ed the new directory yet. With all being decided and having no further iss
 ues to discuss\, the present report was written\, read and approved by the
  secretary\, Pedro Sebastiany and by the chair\, Pedro Eisenkraemer.\n\nVi
