 ety of challenging conditions ranging from Doppler to very low signal-to-n
 oise to extreme delays. Information theory provides powerful and useful to
 ols and concepts ranging from Forward Error Correcting codes to Age of Inf
 ormation.\n\nAuthors have been invited to submit their work on topics incl
 uding\, but not limited to:\n\nCommunication in high frequency (mmWave\, T
 Hz\, optical) bands\nNew protocol requirements\nEnergy-efficient communica
 tions\nHardware-constrained communications\, especially radiation constrai
 nts\nLatency\, delay\, and age of information\nMulti-user information theo
