 g fellow members to the grade of Senior Member\, we are able to recognize 
 the individuals' significant accomplishments. In addition\, individuals th
 at become Senior Members are significantly more likely to retain their IEE

 the process to be recognized. One challenge is that a candidate needs thre
 e references from IEEE members of Senior Member grade or higher. If you ar
 e willing to participate as a reference provider for Senior Member candida

 .org.\n\nIf you choose to volunteer\, a candidate's resume and other docum
 entation will be provided to you prior to the meeting. This will allow you
  to become familiar with the candidate's work history and qualifications. 
 During the virtual meeting\, you will be able to talk with the candidate a
 nd then afterwards work on completing the references required for the Seni
 or Member application.\n\nThis meeting will be held with Webex. The breako
 ut room feature of this platform will allow a candidate and assigned refer
 ence providers to ask questions so the candidates can explain how their ex
 perience meets the requirements for Senior Member Elevation.\n\nThe proces
 s for a reference provider involves providing your IEEE member ID to the c
 andidate so they can enter you as their reference provider. They will then
  submit their application. You will then receive an email which links to a
