DESCRIPTION:This event will focus on the impact of Covid-19 on learning\, t
eaching and research activities of Women Engineers. The transition of lear
ning from face-to-face to online-based activities have had both good and d
etrimental effects on the learning and research experience for students\,
and teaching and research experience for academics. We have gone through l
ockdowns several times. During lockdowns\, we understand that in particula
r\, women had to come up with ways to carefully balance their lifestyles a
nd manage their work like learning\, teaching and research. In the light o
f the present situation in Sydney\, two months of lockdown and extension t
ill October\, we have planned to discuss all these factors that women engi
neers are facing in the form of a panel discussion. The panel will consist
of academics\, students and tutors from Sydney and overseas. This session
will be interactive and we plan to have an open question answer session w
ith the panelists to hear from them as well as share our views.\n\nPanelis
