 This talk is to share a few use cases of how to go about breaking the mono

 ti-disciplinary teams on product development for massively parallel and sc
 alable systems that power mission and business critical data management ap
 plications.\n\nHema has taken innovations to market and released numerous 
 value add features to a slew of products and platforms for fortune 100 com
 panies. Most recently she helped a health tech startup foray into a new li
 ne of business that helped secure their Series-B. She currently heads engi
 neering at Tracer Labs\, a data insights company.\n\nHema received her M.S
 . in Computer Science\, from the University of Florida and her B.S. in Ele
 ctrical and Electronics Engineering\, A.C. College of Engineering and Tech
