DESCRIPTION:Dear IEEE Members\,\n\nWe have the pleasure to Invite you to jo
in us in celebrating IEEE Day on the 5th of October 2021.\n\nThe topic of
[Quantum computing is a future direction of IEEE](https://quantum.ieee.org
/)\, and today the initiative have collected quite decent amount of scient
ific material and publications. Fits well with the motto of the day : Whil
e the world benefits from what’s new\, IEEE focuses on what’s next. Th
e Paul Scherrer Institute has been recently announcing the creation of a [
Quantum Hub\, for experimental quantum computer in the canton of Aargau.](
 https://www.psi.ch/en/media/our-research/the-goal-is-an-experimental-quant
um-computer-in-the-canton-of-aargau)\n\nJoin us in celebrating IEEE member
s! Worldwide celebrations demonstrate the ways thousands of IEEE members i
n local communities join together to collaborate on ideas that leverage te
chnology for a better tomorrow.\n\nThe event will be host in an hybrid for
mat.\n\nIt will be possible to accommodate up to 50 participants having a
Covid certificate and protective mask. Others are warmly welcome to join u
