 ies\, to all customers.\n\nMr. Rouillier discussed the following topics:\n
 \n- Improve (storm harden) feeders to hospitals\, utilities\, hotels\n- In
 stall underground power where economically and practically feasible. Under
 ground power expense is at least 6 times the cost of overhead power lines.
 \n- Drones are doing a very good job of finding potential failures or marg
 inal operation on transmission lines\n- Increase strength of transmission 
 lines by installing concrete poles which are 3 times stronger than usual G
 rade C wooden pole.\n- Automatic Feeder Switches (AFS) and Automatic Later
 al Switches (ALS) are improving reliability and response to faults on the 
 transmission line. The smart grid will incorporate 130 AFS and 2080 ALS in
  2021. The ALS does a fault analysis to allow the fault to clear.\n- In 20
 21 they have improved 74 miles of distribution lines by replacing 2240 exi
