  10 years. SDR hardware can now be purchased easily for under $30\, and SD
 R software packages are available for free for any platform you like. Long

 ubleshooting tool for the practicing EMC engineer. In this talk Karen Burn
 ham will demonstrate some of the handy capabilities of a Low Cost SDR syst
 em\, from determining relative signal strengths to characterizing noise or
