Prof. K. P. Singh and Prof. Brajesh Varshney took initiative to take the responsibility of scheduling and organizing the lecture series. All ExCom members have expressed their interest to deliver the lectures in their are a of expertise.\n\nProf. K. P. Singh informed that he would communicate wi th all members and schedule lectures. Further\, the discussion was held to reach a wider audience by emailing and contacting local as well as other colleges. Prof. Brajesh Varshney took initiative for contacting local chap ters as well as other colleges to inform about the lecture series.\n\nChai rman suggested drafting an invitation page/mail/e-banner with a tentative series title\, date\, and time which can be circulated as well as displaye d on the chapter’s webpage. The tentative timeline for conducting the le ctures series was proposed from December 13th\, 2021 to December 19th\, 20 21.\n\nAction Item: The lecture schedules will be communicated and shared by Prof. K. P. Singh. Prof. Brajesh Varshney gave his consent to draft and advertise the e-banner to reach a wider audience.\n\nAgenda Item #3: Prop osal to organize ICONIP-2022 conference to be held in December 2022 under the banner of CIS Chapter\, IEEE UP Section (CIS11)\n\nDiscussion: Chairma n introduced Prof. Sonali Agrawal\, General Chair\, ICONIP-2022 and reques ted her to provide a brief introduction of the conference and proposal. Pr of. Agrawal introduced the ICONIP-2022\, a 29th edition conference to be h eld in December 2022 which is hosted by IIIT Allahabad and IIT Indore. As per the insights received from the financial committee of ICONIP-2022\, Pr of. Agrawal proposed to organize the conference under the banner of CIS Ch apter\, IEEE UP Section (CIS11) and utilizing CIS11 for finance management of ICONIP-2022 to be held in India. Prof. Agrawal further added in her pr oposal that the members of CIS11 can contribute as well towards organizing the ICONIP-2022.
