 were approved.\n\nAgenda Item #2: Proposal to organize IEEE CIS Expert Lec
 ture Series\n\nDiscussion: As per the discussion held in Agenda item #2 of
  the minutes of the meeting held on Dec 8th\, 2021\, Chairman introduced t
 hat the second talk on Dec 14th\, 2021 during IEEE CIS Expert Lectures Ser
 ies on Computational Intelligence will be delivered by Prof. K. P. Singh\,
  IIIT Allahabad. The title of the talk was “Transfer Learning and its Ap
 plications”. At the end of the talk\, Prof. Singh concluded the session 
 with a vote of thanks.\n\nAction Item: The details of the talk will be mad
 e available on the chapter’s webpage and e-certificates will be issued t
 o the attendees.\n\nThe meeting was adjourned with a vote of thanks at 07:
