 da Item #2: Proposal to organize IEEE CIS Expert Lecture Series\n\nDiscuss
 ion: As per the discussion held in Agenda item #2 of the minutes of the me
 eting held on Dec 8th\, 2021\, Chairman introduced that the third talk on 
 Dec 15th\, 2021 during IEEE CIS Expert Lectures Series on Computational In
 telligence will be delivered by Prof. R. K. Misra\, IIT (BHU) Varanasi\, I
 ndia. The title of the talk was “Fuzzy Logic”. The session was chaired
  by Dr. Aparna Dixit. Dr. Dixit introduced the speaker and at the end of t
 he talk\, Prof. Singh\, Prof. Verma\, and Dr. Dixit concluded the session 
 with a vote of thanks.\n\nAction Item: The details of the talk will be mad
 e available on the chapter’s webpage and e-certificates will be issued t
 o the attendees.\n\nThe meeting was adjourned with a vote of thanks at 07:
