 pproved.\n\nAgenda Item #2: Proposal to organize IEEE CIS Expert Lecture S
 eries\n\nDiscussion: As per the discussion held in Agenda item #2 of the m
 inutes of the meeting held on Dec 8th\, 2021\, Chairman introduced that th
 e fourth talk on Dec 16th\, 2021 during IEEE CIS Expert Lectures Series on
  Computational Intelligence will be delivered by Dr. Aparna Dixit\, PSIT K
 anpur\, India. The title of the talk was “An Awareness of CIS and role o
 f Computational Intelligence in Sciences”. The session was chaired by Pr
 of. Vrijendra Singh. Further\, Dr. Teena Sharma introduced the speaker and
  at the end of the talk\, Prof. Singh concluded the session with a vote of
  thanks.\n\nAction Item: The details of the talk will be made available on
  the chapter’s webpage and e-certificates will be issued to the attendee
 s.\n\nAgenda Item #3: Proposal to organize a contest/award for AI-based pr
 oduct development for helping the society and promoting the IEEE CIS\n\nDi
 scussion: Chairman put forth a proposal to organize a contest for the “D
 evelopment of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based Android App for awaren
 ess of COVID-19 with telemedicine facility to manage the pandemic fear amo
 ng the Hindi speaking village people of UP state” to the members present
  in the meeting. Chairman requested the members to provide their suggestio
 ns to organize and announce this contest among students\, industry personn
 el\, and research communities.\n\nAction Item: The contest will be posted 
 on the chapter’s webpage and will be circulated among students\, industr
 y personnel\, and research communities.\n\nThe meeting was adjourned with
